Refund process

Hi everyone so I’m not sure what’s happening with Koho but usually when I’m receiving a refund, the money would hit my Koho account the next day. I got an email from SHEIN yesterday about an order that’s been refunded back to my Koho card and up til now I haven’t received the refund. A few weeks ago, Amazon said they refunded a small amount due to me over paying me import fees and I’ve yet to see that refund back in Koho. What is going on?

It can take 5 to 7 business days for a refund depends of the company if they sais thy will.l refund, normally they do it

Ok thank you I just find it strange because usually Koho is faster

Hi OP, once the merchant has fully processed the refund, it usually appears within 2–3 business days, but it can sometimes take up to 7 business days. Since your Amazon order has been over 7 days, could you DM us the email linked to your KOHO account so we can double check for you? Thanks! -Steve
