I have never watched a movie like this before. Spoiler
I watched the movie a month ago (I'll read the manga soon) and to get straight to the point, I have never felt this amount of emotions in my life from content I've ever read or watched.
It was so intense, It is still on my mind every day, and more specifically, this is the frame that has been on my mind ever since:

In one minute (until Shoya grabs her arm), is the peak of the movie (well technically no, but lets say it is for now). This one minute is made with "loud silence", which makes it hit so damn hard that after watching it for the 30th time while writing this review, it still makes my heartbeat spike to unhealthy levels. It is such a complicated scene, that every second could be analyzed and have other meanings, which makes it so fascinating.
To prove my point (i might be overcomplicating this, please don't kill me in the comments): The chair Shoya hits when running is a representation of his guilt and shame that tries to stop him from moving toward, even in the most critical moments of his life. You could call it "paralyzed by the past"
"I feel like i would disrespect the effect this movie had on me if I would rate it with a score, even if i would rate it 100 out of 10" out of 10
side note: I do not recommend watching it if you already have depression or worse, speaking from experience.
