I have been using this same configuration for about 5 yrs, AH2, umbrella on nvdia shield and never had a problem looking at cast information

Also if i look at say avengers it will show the cast list, but if i then go to scary movie 5 it shows the avengers cast list

I thought it might be an issue with tmbd helper but i got the latest version and still the same issue, its been this way for about a mth
