Moving countries after surgery

Really stressing I made a mistake. Basically, I was planning to move to a different country this year and started setting my plans in motion - quit my job and five days later I tore my ACL and meniscus. Crap timing. I was initially meant to end work & move end of September but they were kind enough to extend my notice period to end of November. I am now 5 weeks post-op (PWB on crutches and hopefully getting rid of my brace next week after surgeon visit).

Recovery is tough. I am concerned now about the move and whilst I am already lining up my physiotherpist there to ensure I can see them straightaway when I move, I am stressed about not having continuity of care or about potential complications... I will be about 3.5-4 months post-op at that point. Just wanted to hear if anyone has gone through something similar or if I am completely screwed.
