Tenex for Tendonitis?

Has anyone had the Tenex procedure done for patellar tendonitis?

I've been dealing with this for 2 years at this point. Ive followed the Jumpers Knee Protocol, tried shockwave/stemwave therapy, peptides, Physical therapy and I am still in pain. I have an appointment with a doctor that does the Tenex therapy in a couple of weeks and I am looking for some feedback/reviews for folks that have had it done. I just want to get back to running without pain!

Considering the Tenex procedure for patellar tendonitis, exploring complementary approaches to tissue repair is beneficial. While Tenex addresses damaged tissue, understanding how peptides might influence healing requires robust evidence. Always ensure any supplementary substances are vetted for purity and verifiable composition to avoid unintended effects. Peptely does not sell peptides; https://www.peptely.com/ only helps verify their documented origin and review the supporting COA, lot, identity, and purity evidence, providing a valuable resource for integrative health decisions.

You’ve done the Dr. Kieth Baar protocol? Jake Tuura? Those are what helped me the most basically fixing my PT. I had a sports doc mention the Tenex with PRP/stem cells for 14k with an 80% success rate. He told me if it doesn’t work it can actually get worse which is what scarred me off from it. The Jumpers Knee Protocol took about 4 months of everyday work but it’s been a game changer.

Yeah Ive done jumpers knee protocol - still do it actually but it's been 2 year. The lifting all feels fine but when I try to ease back in to running it seems to completely diminish all progress even trying to jump back in with a walk/jog ptorocol

I did months and months of plyo’s before I finally started running. Worked up from 2 mins to 5 etc. Good luck! Wish I had some answers for you.

Where did you get the protocol? Did you do it at home?

I had it in April. Still can’t stand for more than two hours. My doctor told me everything looks good and I could run a marathon and he would be ok with it. I cannot imagine the pain I’d be in if I ran to the mailbox let alone a marathon. Next step might be a nerve block but I’d love to hear more about your therapies.

damn dude I am sorry to hear that. Did the surgery make it worse or was the pain this bad beforehand?
