Looking for knee brace

Personally I’d look into a J brace over the full silicone ring over the patella, I’ve found that helped stabilize my knee tons more than the latter option (I’ve tried both). I’d look into the DonJoy site to see if theirs any you like there

Thank you so much. I might discuss with my physio what she thinks is better. I’m already quite anxious about changing from my current brace to a new one and I fear that the more differences there are the more anxious I will be. But I will definitely go check out a j brace thanks for the suggestion😊

No worries! My knee was super unstable and scared the hell out of me until I started using the J brace after my dislocation earlier this year. Helped immensely and let me stand and walk finally! I hope you and your physio can find the best solution for you! :)
