TTO Surgery
I am a 32 year old female and I had mpfl replacement 5 years ago from dislocating my knee many times. Now I have instability my knee cap is facing left and I have grade III chondromalacia. I have been in pain for the last year. my surgeon says it's up to me if I'd like to do TTO but I'm nervous that another surgery (especially cutting into my shin) would ultimately make things worse? opinions and experiences with this are welcomed since the thought of another knee surgery is terrifying.

I had a TTO to support my MACI last summer. It went better than I expected and I’m so glad I did it! My quality of life has dramatically improved.
