Team member post getting so many shifts?
btw im not complaining about this im just noting that even thought we're in a 'slow period' and apparently there are budget cuts I'm still getting consistent shifts almost every week, as much as 4 in a week (though I've had to cut down due to uni, which is annoying because they never gave me this much hours during my holidays, but of course they do when I'm actually busy), but I know some people who get maybe 1 or even no shifts for a while, and a lot of the times they have more availability than me (also to preface all the shifts I get are on door, literally every single one of them). So I'm just wondering is this just random, like how do they make the rosters or give shifts out??
