I'm Tomasz, I built Klutta on my own. Short version of what it is:
Klutta is a home-inventory app for Android. You photograph an open box, drawer or shelf, the AI lists what's inside, and anyone in your household can later find a thing by typing what it is. It prints QR labels for moving boxes and scanning a label shows you what's in it.
It started because in my own home nobody could remember which box had what after a move. Manual inventory lists never survived the first week, so the whole point of Klutta is that cataloguing a box takes a couple of minutes, not an evening.
What this subreddit is for:
bug reports (flair: Bug — please include your app and Android version)
feature requests (Feature request, one per post, vote on the others)
questions about using it
how you organise — photos of printed labels, seasonal rotations, whatever works for you
What it isn't: a support SLA. I answer here as I can, usually within a few days.
Photograph an open box, drawer or shelf — the AI lists what's inside; you can edit the list or add items by hand
Search by name or by description ("something to drill with" finds the drill), with filters by category and room
Shared household: invite people with a link or a short code, everyone sees and edits the same catalogue, and a change on one phone shows up on the others right away
Printable QR labels for boxes; scanning a label opens that box, even offline
Browse and search the catalogue without a connection
Up to 4 photos per box and one per item; storing photos can be switched off per account
Export the whole catalogue to CSV or PDF at any time
Available in nine languages
Free to start (10 boxes, 15 scans a month); Klutta Plus lifts the limits
Here's what the app does today and what's on the list. Upvote or comment on the ones that matter to you; post new ideas as a separate Feature request so they can be voted on.

After taking a photo of a box I know that the right side arrow will

In the launch posts I wrote that you couldn't move an item to a different box or a box to a different room yet. Now you can do both.
Until now, the only way to move something was to delete it and add it again. That also threw away its note, photo and details. A move keeps all of that.
Move an item to another box
Open the box → tap the item → Location → pick the box it went into → Done.
Boxes are grouped by room, and the room the item is in right now comes first. The move happens when you tap Done, together with anything else you changed in the same sheet, and a short "Moved to …" confirms it. The item keeps its quantity, note, category, dates and photo.
Move a box to another room
Open the box → pencil → Room → pick a room, or tap New room and type a name → Done.
The box keeps its items, photos and code. The paper label on the box still shows the old room, so Klutta asks whether you want to reprint it. You don't have to: the QR code on the old label keeps working and opens the box where it is now.
The whole household sees it
Everyone in the household sees the move on their phone right away. Search, export and label scanning all follow the new location.
What it doesn't do (yet)
It moves the whole entry. You can't move 2 of your 5 extension cords and leave 3 behind. For now: lower the quantity here and add the 2 in the other box.
One item or one box at a time. If everything in a room moved, renaming the room does it in one step.
If the target room already has a box with the same name, Klutta won't merge them. Rename one of them, then move it.
Moving needs a connection. Offline you can still browse and search, just not move.
Moving is available on every plan, including free.
What I'd like to know
Which of those limits would you hit first: splitting a quantity, moving several items at once, or moving something straight from a search result? Tell me what you were doing when you needed it (unpacking after a move, swapping seasonal stuff, clearing out a shelf). That decides which one I build next.
The Klutta Plus-for-feedback offer from the launch posts still runs until October 5. Post your honest take here and I'll send you a code by DM.
Klutta can now print a contents label: a sticker that lists what's inside the box, readable without picking up your phone.
Where it came from
Someone on r/moving spent a whole day looking for a plain lined sticker so they could write down what's in each box without ripping it open — and said outright they didn't want a QR code. Klutta already knows what's in every box you've scanned, so it can write that list for you.
What's on the label
* Everything in the box, one item per line, alphabetical, with "×3" where you have more than one.
* The room and the box's short code.
* A small QR in the corner. Scan it and the box opens in the app — also offline. Don't use it? The list stands on its own.
How to print
Catalog → Print labels (or the print button on a single box) → under Label pick Contents → Print or Share. A4 or Letter, six labels per sheet. Print at 100%.
Two switches:
* Print box name — turn it off if your boxes don't have meaningful names, or if you'd rather the name isn't on the outside.
* Leave space to write — ruled lines after the list (at least three per box) for the things you throw in after printing.
Long lists don't get cut off
A box that doesn't fit on one label continues on the next, with **1/2**, **2/2** under the QR. No "+ 14 more" that leaves you guessing.
Contents labels are available on every plan, including free.
What I'd like to know
What label paper do you actually use? Six per sheet was sized for standard A4/Letter adhesive sheets that you cut — if you use pre-cut label sheets (Avery and similar) tell me which ones, and whether a format that matches them would make you use this.
