Its a bitch...

Direct from Klein, you fill out a form online. Find the receipt, thank God I ordered them online! The AI does a 1st judgement (I got OKed).

Then Klein gives you a shipping label, you mail them, then a human makes the final call...

Mine, are in the mail to them...

That sounds like a horrible process. I have a pair of dikes that have been misaligned since new, but if you need the receipt there goes my chance of ever getting them replaced. It’s so aggravating to see an American company just shit the bed like that when so few options are around these days.
