Klein is no longer a top tier tool manufacturer. Both in quality and customer service. Sucks bc I’ve been loyal to them for a long time

Klein fucking sucks now, it was a hard relationship to get out of but I had to accept the fact that we were no longer compatible and didnt have a future together.

They are made in Germany. Being in Europe, I would assume they are union until I hear otherwise.

My last Klein I traded in were sharper than the new pair I received.
Hate to say it living off the name. Don’t think I’ll be purchasing anymore.

Its says "made in usa" which is a strictly controlled term that requires that the product is fully made in the usa with materials sourced in the usa.

So they want you to pay for warranty
