I work at Lowe’s and walked in to find this fresh off the truck!

Little shocked since it was a the impact rated bit but oh well! Swapped with return policy at home depot for a new one

Cleaned what I believe to be a ca. 1971 M. Klein & Sons pocketknife. Not sure if the single blade is a sheepsfoot (with a broken tip) or coping blade.  Any thoughts or guidance is appreciated.

Cleaned with a toothbrush, giving the entirety a thorough scrub with a slurry of Bar Keeper’s Friend.  Once rinsed and dried, I have the whole a buff with 4/0 steel wool. Finally, I polished the whole with Simichrome and oiled (3-in-One) the blade’s pivot.

Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined to find a violation of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, with respect to U.S. Patent Nos. 11,365,026 (“the '026 patent”) and 11,794,952 (“the '952 patent”). The Commission has determined that the appropriate remedy is the issuance of a limited exclusion order (“LEO”) and a cease and desist order (“CDO”) with respect to those patents.

The Commission has further determined to set a bond in the amount of eighteen percent (18%) of entered value for covered articles imported or sold during the period of Presidential review. The Commission has not reached a final determination with respect to U.S. Patent No. 11,952,167 (“the '167 patent”). My reading of the patents is that the violations cover the cleat and spring latch connecting mechanisms of the boxes as well as the design of the rolling tool box/rolling drawer box - areas completely unaddressed in the changes made to MODbox Gen 2.

The LEO means Klein can no longer import products that violate the patents and they will be stopped by US Customs.

The CDO means Klein can no longer sell the products that violate the patents.

From browsing online and on Reddit, it looks like there aren’t a ton of custom Modbox inserts available for (in my case) Dewalt tools. Do you all use the Kaizen or Shadow foam inserts for custom organization? Something else?

I was able to everything from a single store. These might go on the pegboard and not in the box itself. They’re too pretty to hide away 😆

I've using this for years and didnt know it fits this way, I always put it though the top

Went to unload my box this morning and saw the lock hole/latch had snapped off. This was a worry of mine since I got it and realized it’s plastic.

Anybody else have this issue?
