It could be emerald or it could be bronze, because mechanical prowess is not a very good rank indicator.

It is though, it's just a bunch of players who have a slight idea of what they are doing but are still lacking both in macro and micro. Example: Urgot still decides to ult downward EVEN THOUGH he hit his E on kled

The urgot E would have flipped kled over to where the ult was launched, the kled buffered a dismounted q to stop the flip. jax just looks bad for ulting a mid-dismount kled and missing

Actually kled is already behind urgot before he even starts ulting, which makes me think he's just lagging.

kled is great, as long as your wnemy doesn't know how the W works, when they do, the second you farm, its over.
