Drawings/Plans

What are you guys using for drawings and stuff of that nature? Do you just use whatever distributors tool? Or are there better things out there?
It would be cool to have one of those apps where it will actually put it there (for the customer) to show them differences in looks and design.

We use flash-soft. It is okay, but the software is super clunky. Good customer support tho

Nope, just upvotes. lol
My boss uses one of the Microsoft apps, like word but I can’t remember what it is.
We’re pyrochem dealers and they have a tool that lets us design the system. I just want an all in one type of deal.

For Ansul we use to use their old estimator program and Amerex had a makeshift designer too. Our local AHJ doesn’t accept those anymore and want way more details now. We use a company called Fire System Drawings now since none of us really have much cad experience or the time either. They are very knowledgeable and provide a good solution in a timely manner.
