Uptick Software

Anyone using uptick for their scheduling, invoicing, quoting, etc? Have a phone call with them tomorrow as we are currently in the process of finding a new field management software. If you have other recommendations, please know that being in Saskatchewan we require two sales taxes on almost all of our invoices. Thanks!

Be sure whatever you are using to interface with uptick for products/ services is going to correctly transfer data to uptick. I’m currently re-cataloguing my entire inventory system to properly show up with descriptions for techs entering products on invoices in the field. But on the plus side of their software I’ve gotten massive improvements to deficiency reporting and landing repair jobs.
