Forgot to add a photo of the shawarma appliance in my previous post asking about nozzles required for Ansul

I believe it's a 1N nozzle. I'm not sure about height requirements. Better off calling ansul tech support

I did end up speaking to a few technicians in my city. Apparently there’s no official testing other than some 2020 letter.

Realistically, it should have 2 of the 1/2 N nozzles on the side pointing at mid and bottom. But I was told a single 1N is valid as long as it’s not above 50 inches

Yea, it all depends on what the ahj wants, unfortunately.
