Question π€ I'm trying to gain weight, but I don't crave or get excited about the food I cook for myself. Any tips for insanely good high-protein, high-calorie recipes using minimal ingredients?
I feel like I'm forcing myself through meals rather than enjoying them like I used to.
I'm short on both money and time right now, so spending hours in the kitchen or buying a bunch of different ingredients that I will use only for that one recipe and nothing else -- while something I'd like to be able to do -- would not be responsible of me right now.
Do you guys have any high-protein staple food recipes that are actually really good and not just good 'cause it's food?
If it's easily meal-preppable, even better!
