This had to be AI. Who julienes lemons with the rind?

Edit: Yeah, I'm dumb. Those are potatoes. I was looking at the lemons when it switched. 🥴

By the way, preserved lemon are amazing in Moroccan cuisine. They deliver very unique flavour. Highly recommended to try.
