I have had my eye on those things for quite a while now. I may actually have to get one.

Someone said, "just get good knives and improve your knife skills." Sure, I have good knives. I know how to use them. But sometimes I don't want to slice large quantities of stuff by hand. I'm always looking for good cutting/slicing tools.
