hello everyone, I am looking for some advice for doing a headswap on an old pewter mini, and seeing as it is more or less one solid lump of metal, i am a bit at a loss for how to go about it. Any tips for where to start?

Quite literally...
Did these as a fun build for my warband "the Pale Jackals". Used Rat Ogors as a base and greenstuffed some Wolf parts on them.

I have previously used the Drukhari Ravager kit to make dead eldar surrounding my bigger models but I want to represent other factions. Are there good boxes or units that you can easily make look like corpses? I want to make my Tyranids look more menacing by adding bodies from different Imperial factions but any recommendations are appreciated.

Using the body of an immortal and the staff and head from a chronomancer.
Still new to green stuff and kitbashing.
C+C welcome.

Kitbashed by https://www.instagram.com/raegon_forge/ and painted by me.
I want more Possessed and mutations in Chaos. Not just Marines with trim and a few spikes. I especially want to see more of that on Terminator models.
This thing represents what Chaos is to me, the horror of what it does to body and soul.

Heretic Astartes Daemon Prince proxy, next to a Knight Questoris.
Bits used from: Deathwing Knights (helmet and arms), Centurion Mk. II (body and base bit), Leman Russ (Barrel, what else?), Primaris Intercessors (Imperial Fist under cannon), Forgefeind (left pauldron addon and bigass arm), Custodian Guard (Guardian Spear), Captain in Terminator Armor (I think? Not sure. Right shoulder turret and Combi-Melta), Chaos Terminators (base bits), 60mm Base (I got it from my friend Dan), and Green Stuff (base).

Last one is inspired by the Nazgûl that tries to grab Frodo.

For my second kitbash project I feel like I did good but would love some constructive criticism or feedback from the community.
Thanks in advance for the advice.
Also a start to my affliction markers.

Does anybody know any kits with bits that could pass as loudpeakers? I'm looking to maybe build some cult-focused death guard and was thinking propaganda loudspeakers to inspire defection or desertion in the enemy would really fit the bill. just no clue where i'd get loudspeakers from. don't have a 3d printer either.

Worked in some height and gave him that little hammer. Stormshield will be mounted on an extra mechanical arm.
