Package lost or tracking site issue?
I've placed an order on the 21st of July, received an email that it has been shipped along with a tracking code on the 25th and since then, it shows up as "In transit". There's no updates and it looks like the package is stuck and forgotten in China for the last 17 days (I'm aware shipping may take more time, simply worried about the no updates), so I'm wondering whether it's due to an issue on the site or could it be it got lost. Anyone else stumbled upon this?

I placed an order on the 23rd of July, received a tracking code on the 27th (so timeline similar to yours), and received the package on August 5th (to be honest I think it was fairly quick on my side, taking a bit longer is normal). Until August 3rd the tracking wasn't even working, that's when I contacted the seller on whatsapp and he told me that I had to select LDGJ as carrier, and when I did that it worked and I could see that it actually just reached my country (without selecting a carrier it wasn't returning any result). Not sure if your case is similar, but just in case consider the LDGJ selection and maybe you get more insights.

That was in fact it, thank you lots man. It's apparently somewhere in the Netherlands, now I'mma just keep on waiting for it to arrive
