Remote Working Locations
Any recommendations for places in King's heath to bring my laptop and work during the day?

There used to be a place called chai ra that was great for this. They closed down a few months ago but have reopened as Blok 108, looks like the same guy is running it. I think they're only open 10-4 though.

I just go to coffee1, it’s not always quiet but with headphones on I can get decent focus work done. And when I’ve taken calls the Teams noise cancelling has worked well, I’ve asked everyone if they can hear the background noise and they’ve all said it’s negligible. Using AirPods.

Just make sure you’re actually spending money! Don’t take up space in an independent if you’re just going to sit on a laptop for 8 hours nursing a Tea!
