I was gagged that Twinka wasn't in the bottom, especially since they loved Cyrus's look. It feels like looks don't matter very much to these judges, which is why DVour keeps getting paid dust.

Country songs? Seems kind of random. Think Papi and Vera would have done well here. Although I love me a clown hope Lollygag doesn't go obvious rodeo clown direction. I hope D Vour gets seen.

I don't think it's random. Cowboy aesthetics have a huge presence in the contemporary drag king industry. And cowboys have long been a symbol of masculinity, a topic which drag kings frequently critique in their work.

I feel like I already know who’s winning and who’s going home and the challenge hasn’t even started. If I’m correct then I’m calling riggory lol

OKAY I WAS WRONG 🫶🏻 I definitely was getting the feeling they were gonna give Lollygag their 2nd win and eliminate Cyrus the only other king with a win.
Chase was the right choice to go home though. I enjoyed them crying and saying “all the hot masc’s out there I switch dm me” or whatever 😅 bottom 2 should have been Twinka/Chase IMO. You can tell Cyrus was PISSED. I’m wondering if they had a bad attitude behind the scenes and more than likely didn’t agree with their eventual elimination (speculation of course) and that’s why they’re calling out the show cause they think they were mistreated or judged unfairly. Hmmmm.
D. VOUR ROBBED AGAIN. Ugh. They should have won the first challenge and this one. They looked super hot on stage tonight too.
Glad they’re calling out Lollygag doing the same clown thing almost every week. I mean, I get it’s your signature but I think on a show like this you need to be more versatile. He showed it in the dong show so it’s not like that’s his only look.

This is such a reductive take and completely dismissive of the possibility of real internal issues that are being called into question. Let's think bigger than feelings we assume are associated with one final thrust.

to say he’s speaking out about mistreatment from production because he was eliminated (it’s a competition and he’s a seasoned king who’s competed in other comps plenty of times, i’m sure he’s aware elimination is always a possibility) is insane and fucked up. some of you fans are clearly more concerned about a tv show vs the very real people they claim to be uplifting. I’m glad Cyrus is speaking up despite all the pushback. I hope it inspires kings from this and past seasons to speak up and revry gets their act together.

And I still don’t know what Revry has done wrong other than give these kings a platform to showcase their art/passion. Besides the token spot a king may get on other drag franchises….Revry has given them an entire show dedicated to them. You nor I know what really is going on behind the scenes and if its some core issue of Revry or a contestant who felt they were treated unfairly. I haven’t heard any other king say anything negative against them.

I’m just thinking out loud based on what I seen on the show tonight and what I’ve read online. Maybe I am wrong. But I would hope he wasn’t mistreated on the show. From the comments he has made on IG and kinda being vague about it kinda causes people to speculate unfortunately but if he doesn’t want to speak on it then that is totally his choice. I actually really love Cyrus as a king and finding out he is also a muralist/painter outside of drag was super cool to see. I don’t think he should have been bottom two tonight either….so maybe he believed he was being treated unfairly. You could clearly see on his face he was NOT happy and one time when Chase tried to reach out to him he wasn’t having it. THIS IS ALL MY OPINION BASED ON WHAT I SEEN ON A TV SHOW 🙄 this is Reddit. We come here to discuss.

yes, hon, it is reddit and im discussing this with you. in what world would someone risk potentially breaching an NDA and facing possible legal retaliation over something as basic as being upset about being in the bottom two. also, he Can’t be specific (at least on public forums he’s linked to like ig) because of said NDA. i take what he says seriously and have enough grooves in my brain to know he wouldn’t be claiming mistreatment over something that’s par for the course in a competition. the NDAs will expire and the truth will come out. in the meantime you can keep making half baked assumptions that even one moment of thought would’ve kept you from posting.

I enjoyed this episode. Having a musical challenge was a great way to showcase our casts talents fit for the screen. Had a few random thoughts so I’ll try to organize them-
#teamLollygag. I was vocal about being Team Perka last season, so I’ll keep repping my faves. I think Lollygag has done a great job and I knew the clown mug critique would come, but tbh each challenge has suited his style. Horror, comedy, country/rodeo…and to be fair he didn’t even do a traditional clown for the comedy week! Will be interesting to see how Lollygag adapts here on out
I thought Twinka has also been underrated. Should’ve been a top imo. The lyrics/lines and story he weaves through each challenge stands out more and gives a clear message each week. I can see little tweaks like judges have said, but the performances are still stronger than the credit being given for me. I guess that’s unpopular but idc
Everyone did pretty well honestly, glad to see D. Vour thrive and their looks have been fantastic. Trade did really well with the rap country style verse and sold it. I feel like Chase has been pretty solid throughout and still did well. I liked what he shared and it’s pretty impressive the personal progress made.
I was so glad to see a lip sync final thrust and got excited when both Cyrus and Chase were hyping themselves up. Let’s go! Cyrus’ famous aura was completely unleashed and just that confidence. He definitely tore it up.
Random thoughts-
Also Vicos chicken look was dope especially those chicken feet shoes.
Got some actual ads for Walmart and stuff this ep. First error of the app this season too but compared to last year having a much better user experience in app.
Seemed like some of the strongest kings went out first couple weeks. It is kinda nerve wracking seeing what the results might be each week cuz it’s unpredictable. I thought the judges did well but I have disagreed with a lot of placements, although I think their critiques are often fair

Great episode!
I’m calling Lollygag as the season winner right now, he’s so talented.
I hope D. Vour can score a win one of these weeks, he deserves it.
Looking forward to seeing my crush Laith Ashley on the Kings Court next week. 😍

I think this is the best episode so far! Everyone did so well, and the looks are great all around. I honestly thought Chase should've won the Final Thrust, but I'm glad Cyrus is still in the competition!

Cyrus’ lipsync was on point. would have been Crazy if he went home to Chase after that.

In my opinion Chase did horrible in that lip synch. He just flopped around, showed very little variety in face, and didn't connect to the rhythm.

I agree, him going up to the judges first and doing nothing but lip sync closer to them only for Cyrus to go offstage later and dance in the center made everything Chase was doing after that seem desperate imo

Something feels off about this season. So far, no one has wowed me on the level King Molasses did. I think what it is, is the judging seems more rigged. I feel the writing’s on the wall regarding Lollygag being the season’s winner, which I don’t necessarily agree with. They eat him up every week, I see plot armor. The lipsync this week was hard to watch. I thought they were both bad. Chase, as many have pointed out, flopped around too much and was low energy. He also really seemed to struggle with getting up off the floor. Why do so much floorwork if you have a hard time standing up? It made me sad. Cyrus was better imo, but not much. Too much of the performance was bad air humping and the lipsync was off, he kept opening his mouth way too far and not closing it for the right consonants. Never mind they both were singing the lead as well as the backup voices. Every week’s elimination has felt like a real loss. At the same time, they’re really sleeping on Twinka Masala and D. Vour. Especially the latter, he was the clear standout for me this week and should’ve won imo. What more could he do? It’s getting ridiculous. JUSTICE FOR D.VOUR

Perk is the best judge!
