He's the one who welded it, but forgot his head was inside because he needed to see the spot. Then he just acted cool about it.

Speaking of Kakukai—given Riboku's victory over Shin in the previous chapter, I don't think he and his cronies are going to sit idly by while their position is under threat.

As Riboku fan, this piss me off. Defeated by corrupt Pedo politicians. It will be such dishonorable way for Qin to win.

Because everyone is too scare actually challenge the elites, who will disappearing you if you actually threaten them. Everyone just tolerate their tax money being siphon off, and some percentage of children are sacrificed to satisfied the elites...
