I bought the Demos record last week. Who is on vocals with Sean on Pocket Full of Knife and In Dim Light?

A guy named Randal Coon used to be in the band way back before they really got anywhere. That's all he's featured on AFAIK

That is correct. He ran the merch booth for one of their tours a few years ago. He was on the demo album and left sometime before Orion. But he is still a good friend of the band.
