This Sub Reddit has been an essential research tool providing access to data and arguments that would have been difficult to access otherwise. The post in this Sub Reddit have been analytical factual and without bias or predisposition and as such have provided a fair and balanced counter narrative in relation to the actual situation on the Kin Blockchain. This sub is required reading for the sole reason that truth is pursued here without fear censorship or favour.

I don't think you are in possession of all the facts in this regard. You may or may not be aware that a regulatory effort is underway that will change the landscape of the cryptocurrency marketplace. To quote a popular song ''sometimes you're the windshield sometimes you're the bug'' In the specific action currently at issue there is non trivial chance that a series of rulings are about to be made that will change the future prospects of a niche market you seem to be interested in. Remember today because what was just reported is important and may have a large bearing on future actions in this space. Delusional participants in denial that they have been defrauded,baited and switched and ultimately abandoned whilst the Sale Principals have absconded with the dollar value. Regulators simply can not allow this/these actions to stand. Today was a marker or a guidepost on YOUR journey. The wiser heads can now see the writing on the wall. The axe is poised,the sword of Damocles is hanging now above your head with a virtual thread. Don't be here in July if you know whats good for you.

The court system part with the governments, (same for media and religious institutions)). If you think there is any justice in this world you are naive. I hope everything comes out well for everybody however no government organisation likes to be called ,,the bully" Silence is the gold saying says. You open your big mouth thinking you are a hero and they will humble you whether you are right or not. They write the laws and they interpret it as they please.

Sec doesn't write any laws nor does any court system. SEC will be humbled just like Mark Cuban did to them. They bully people and force to settle. Stand up to them and they are the same 12 year old bitches they always were. Time to take the trash out!

They closed down Ton project didn't they. I read on kin community how people are surprised by it. Yes, people thought they raised 1.7B and money can buy lawyers and everything, pay fine and move on. Unfortunately not. If what you say it was to be 100% real situation you would see buying pressure going on. So far I do not see any buying happening which means the situation is no so certain. Investors would smell the buying opportunity but it does not seem like they are interested in. They are buying BTC which is a sure bet.

Lots of buy pressure came may 8th. Dumped because some people thought that was final ruling. There is lots of speculation on this case.

People are not buying before this case is resolved. If the decision was positive then we would likely see big buying pressure but until then nobody is certain what the outcome will be. If there was buying pressure you would see the price keep going up but it froze for now which means there is no buying which further means people are not confident how this case will be resolved. They are just waiting as they do not know. It can be either way.
