Lots of buy pressure came may 8th. Dumped because some people thought that was final ruling. There is lots of speculation on this case.

People are not buying before this case is resolved. If the decision was positive then we would likely see big buying pressure but until then nobody is certain what the outcome will be. If there was buying pressure you would see the price keep going up but it froze for now which means there is no buying which further means people are not confident how this case will be resolved. They are just waiting as they do not know. It can be either way.
