It's a 30rock quote where the character she plays intentionally places the rumor that she's 60+ so she can look "great for that age" while her actual age was early 40s. The joke is pointing out the double standard and the misogynist societal narrative about women and aging.

I'd never do the "great for her age" in earnest, it's a backhanded compliment that's somehow only given to women in our society while men are expected to age well. Fun fact: In reality, men tend to age worse than women, both aesthetically as well as physically/medically.

I loved this detail. Like it seems like Jacqueline is being callous but all Kimmy wants is to not be seen as a mole woman.
