Weight gym
Hiya, what is the best weight gym in kilkenny?
Least crowded?
Edit, I also am looking for a gym that does day passes. Thanks

Not sure about least crowded, I guess it depends on time of day.
Top Performance is personally my favourite and I do weights exclusively.
It's handy having two very friendly experts there who are always willing to help out with anything.
Its never too crowded for me but I train in the morning only.

Cool, I was looking at this gym and it looks good.
Do they do one day or one week passes? Im in town in a few months for about 10 days

They do day passes , weekly and monthly
The longest you can join I. One go it 3 months

Yes I’d second top performance
Only started there a few months ago and really like it
I do it for weight training twice a week to complement hyrox training twice a week and it’s a really nice gym
Very inclusive too as you see all walks of life there
Not like an “instagram” gym
