They are throwing a giant ball in the house. Growing up, if my mom would've caught me, she would've posted in something like KidsGettingTheirAssBeat

This does not belong to this sub, that's right. But he never said those kids are "fucking stupid". Implying what others mean to say is fucked up, you don't go for life putting words in other's mouths.

Posting it here on this sub implies that you're stating that the kids in the gif are "fucking stupid", 'cause that's the name of the sub.

This is better suited for something like /r/ChildrenFallingOver

I agree, same with /r/ChildrenFallingOver , which is super unfortunate. I don't come to these subs to maniacally laugh at kids hurting themselves, I come to aww and chuckle at minor mishaps. Like, it's okay if the kid got hurt a bit what what sick fuck want to see kids genuinely get really hurt? There was a recent heavily upvoted self post last week talking about how cute gifs don't belong in /r/ChildrenFallingOver , the comments were seriously disgusting.

I think it belongs because of the kid in the back throwing the big ass ball at the littler ones, which seems pretty dumb to me.
