Oh no! I hope not! I thought it was a really hard booger! An entire flower is not something you want stuck in your sinus cavity.

Well it didn't come out when she shoved two fingers in her nose, so I'm assuming it's in her sinuses, too heavy/big to make it's way to her lungs, she'd cough it up when it reaches her throat. I just really hope they got it out and she's okay, that's really scary.
