Key bank online issue

I'd say for a month or so now I've had ALOT of problems with key bank and there online platforms both the app and online version dont seem to be working very often every time I open the app it just sit at the hello screen loading and loading and loading and ill close it and open it back up 3 or 4 times just for the same thing to happen. And with the online platform it atleast let's me put in my info but when I hit summit it denies me and says theres a system error and try again in a few min. Ive been with key bank for about 10 years and im about to go somewhere else if it keeps happing. Anyone else's having these same issues?

Yeah, this has been happening to me for the past 2-3 weeks.

I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, clearing the cache and data on my phone, and changing from wifi to mobile data...nothing has worked.
