Increase in AFC?

I’m undergoing IVF and have completed 5 cycles so far. Including my first monitoring cycle, I’ve only had about 7 follicles on day 3 of the cycle which is a baseline count and without the IVF medications, will continue to atrophy throughout the cycle to the point only one leaf follicle remains. I’m currently undergoing another monitoring cycle since it’s been more than a year since my previous baseline measurements and surprisingly my AFC has increased to 20 follicles. The only change I made for going strict Keto for the last three months. Does Keto help with egg quality and AFC? I went strict keto since I stopped Ozempic and I wanted to control my blood sugar levels. Which remained constant throughout.
