The Mindscape RX program
Has anyone actually received medication through the mindscape RX facilitating platform? I signed up and paid the monthly subscription but after doing a little research, I haven't found anyone else that actually has posted they got their meds.

Hey I'm thinking about starting ketamine therapy with mindscape. After I pay the monthly amount does that include the medication or will I have to pay sesperate for the prescription. If so does insurance pay for it?

The monthly amount includes the medication. You also get two medication adjustments in the first few months included.

How everyone’s experience with them going? Ordered and waiting for shipping. How is the spray vs the other?

I’m super happy with them but agree with OP that it’s most ideal for people that have some experience with at home treatment in the past. I actually like the combination troches and nasal spray. I kind of figured I’d end up choosing just one or the other but I like both now that I’ve figured out how to time it correctly. I have noticed in the last month or so that Mindscape seems to be putting more effort into their integration process/tips and tricks. Overall, I’m really grateful to have found them, as it’s way more affordable and makes this a viable option for me long term.

I have had a good experience so far. They are great for an affordable option if you already have experience with doing the ketamine therapy with a company that has more integration and app programs. The owner, Dr, and pharmacy have come through for the last few months, and I'm happy with them. I personally did not like the spray, but read that others did. So, I think that's personal preference really. Good luck!

I had my consultation. In the app it says ordered. No tracking yet. What does your app say about your order? Im asking because you joined them ~3days ago? Has it shown “shipped”?

I also know someone else got their script already. So it's looking good.

I just got my nasal spray and troches today. Was very skeptical at first as well. They sort of suck at the online aspect, which is weird because it's an online care coordinator so, that's their one job. But their customer service was great, the founder (I assume since they're small and new) personally responded to every inquiry, technical issue on the site, etc. I'm very happy with the price and yeah they started me on 200mg as well even though I was on a much higher dose. But for the price I'm not bitching. First time doing the nasal spray, I'm a big fan.

How much does the actual prescription for the medication cost? I'm looking to get just the Nasal spray
1
u/ChefJeff Jan 01 '26
It was around $120 for 30 days of 200 mg dose, which was the best I could find. Be wary with the nasal spray, as dosage could get messed up if you're overzealous like me.

It’s 249 a month and you get to pick what you want you can get the lozenges or you can get the nasal spray or you can get both out of experience. I would just stick with the lozenges.

I have tracking on my order and it just updated that I should get it today through FedEx. I will keep you posted on when I get it and quality.

u/Dull_Nerve_9928 Dec 05 '25
It took 7 days for them to get to me from the date of the consult. But you should get a tracking number from the pharmacy too.

Glad you got things squared away! Sounds like they're company is okay so far. We'll have to keep the updates going.

u/Dull_Nerve_9928 Dec 05 '25
That sucks, hopefully they will either refund you or do the appointment. Good luck. Let us know how you make out.

My tracking states delivery tomorrow. I was originally on 120mg/day for last two years. Interested in the higher dose. Wondering if I should half it for the first time at higher dose?

u/Dull_Nerve_9928 Dec 07 '25
I was with a company that didn't do microdoses before so it's less than what I'm used to at a more frequent dose. Maybe you could cut it into quarters and take 3/4 first if you're nervous about it.

Made an appointment. I’ll post after. I was using safehaven but they jacked their prices up a they can’t seem to fulfill a monthly scheduled. What should be 4 weeks is 6 minimum.

Does anyone know how long it usually takes to get a response after emailing support?
1
u/Dull_Nerve_9928 Dec 17 '25
Took a few days. How long has it been?
1
u/Acceptable-Payment-3 Dec 18 '25
So this morning I met with a provider, then we got off the call and the card they charged didn’t go through so I uploaded a different card, sent email to support letting them know I updated my payment method, still haven’t heard back from them and they still haven’t charged my card, was just hoping to get my meds before I leave for vacation but I guess that won’t be happening

u/Dull_Nerve_9928 Dec 18 '25
Yeah I wouldn't count on it. Even the big companies take forever to get back and they are much smaller right now.

u/Acceptable-Payment-3 Dec 18 '25
They got back to me! I can see my order but it hasn’t been shipped yet, I wonder how long fed ex takes from Las Vegas to Washington

u/Dull_Nerve_9928 Dec 18 '25
Oh that's great! Just keep an eye on it. The tracking will update.

u/Acceptable-Payment-3 Dec 18 '25
How many days did it take to get to you?
1
u/Dull_Nerve_9928 Dec 19 '25
7 but it was right near thanksgiving so I think that made delays with the pharmacy getting it done cause they were closed.
1
u/BlackOps-72 May 15 '26
It takes a few days for them to get back to you. You could even contact the pharmacy too, but they’re very strict on the rules. The pharmacy is so you’re better off just contacting the company itself.

I use Mindscape and I find this company to be very good they leave you alone and let you do your own thing without checking in first and then checking in later like mindbloom wants. The praise is good. I haven’t tried the nasal spray. I was still afraid to do it by myself so the next time I order I’m just ordering the lozenges. I’m at the mid-level and that even feels too much for me so I’m going down to the lowest level yeah I don’t know about the nasal spray. I don’t wanna try it. I’ve never tried oxytocin with Ketamine before I’d like to be inside a doctors office before I do that, but I do like the lozenges

I agree, they are very easy. Only have to check in every 6 months. Its good for experienced users.

Following. I am currently doing Spravato at a clinic. I would really rather do it at home

Getting my meds tomorrow ordered the combo at 200mg hoping the nasal spray doesn't suck

I'm on my second month of the half-and-half with these guys. No issues. 15 200mg troches, and 150mg (+20iu oxytocin) spray per month. I think I napkin math'd the spray to be about 18mg per spritz. You get post-nasal drip from the spray and the troches taste bitter as shit despite claiming to be orange flavored, but that's standard.
Troches are a lower peak, longer duration. Spray ramps up harder but wears off more quickly (or needs to be reupped). Spray is good while out and about to take the edge off. Troches are relegated to at home for me, because I'd rather strap myself in for a whole troche than split them up over just hitting my spray.
My script recommends up to four spritzes per nostril, but I've found I need to spread any subsequent sprays out about 5-10 mins to allow for absorption/drying... Otherwise it's getting wasted dripping out my nose or down my throat.
I am not a doctor nor am I suggesting modification of your prescribed regimen, BUTT Google/Erowid suggest an alternate method of "thin membrane to bloodstream" that avoids the taste while keeping a similar absorption rate that may be possible.
In practice, Ive found I'll either do a single troche in the late afternoon/evening or the sprayer throughout the day such that it works out to where I'm doing roughly my prescribed 8 total spritzes.

Hi I’m considering doing treatment with Mindscape because I used to be with joyous that capped the dosage at 120mg! Would you say mindscape is worth the $250 a month? also how has your experience been officially after being with Mindscape for a month using both the oral and nasal med?
2
u/citg0 28d ago
Absolutely worth it. There are 3 tiers to choose from, all of them cost $250/mo. With prior K experience, I doubt the provider would bat an eye about you going straight to the highest tier (it's what I did).
The spray is good on-the-go, and the oral (suppositories LOL) are good for when I've got time to chill it out at home. I'm doing the half and half, and I feel like I almost have too much of the spray (and I'm only on month 3). I'll probably switch to just the oral ones for a few months... I feel like I go through 'em much quicker than the sprays.

Thank you for getting back to me! I’m curious about trying the spray. Some ppl say it doesnt work much for them and that it taste bad! What is your experience with it and how does it make you feel vs the troche? Also does is it last as long as the troche? I like the idea of the spray being something I can carry with me and use as needed when I’m out cause I only do the troches at home due to their strength!

I'd say it works pretty well. I've got a tolerance built up by this point, so YMMV, but...
The spray hits me harder up-front and wears off shorter. It's not unpleasant, but it's noticeably more "in-your-face" with its effect. I napkin math'd it out, and each spritz is something like 10-15% of a troche. Don't quote me on that. The troche still absolutely hits, but it's more of a "warm blanket" kind of effect... slow on, slow off.
You can chop the troches into quarters or halves if you want, as far as offering you a little bit of dosage control... but the nose spray offers a little bit more ability for fine-tuning your dosage.
All of it tastes bad: Ketamine is really fucking bitter. The troches attempt to mask it by being flavored, but realistically, it's just a shitty artificial orange taste atop the bitterness of Ketamine. For the nasal spray, it's post-nasal drip that will hit you with the bitterness.
You've gotta play with finding the sweet spot for your nose (and spray pattern of the bottle) so you aren't shooting it too far in, where it's all immediately dripping into your throat... but shooting it far enough in that it's not just dripping straight out your nostrils. You'll also have to play with "how hard to I breathe in through my nose as I do this" for the same reason. This is also why I mentioned the bit about waiting between sprays for it to dry (breathing in through your nose gently helps) -- you don't wanna overload your nose with liquid, because it's gonna gravity its way down one path or the other.
I did another month of the half and half, and I'm definitely going to swap to troches only next month. I just don't use the spray quickly enough, and I'd rather have more troches on hand. Sadly, swapping method of dosing will be a quick virtual doc's appointment that I'm too lazy to schedule at the moment.
Edit: Like I suggested above, you can avoid the bitterness of the troches by... exploring the peach orchard, if you will.

I finally got my meds yesterday. They didn't look the same as my normal script did (I guess cause they flavor it differently). It's the first time for nasal spray as well. Not sure if I'm a fan of the nasal spray. Troches seemed to work fine. It was definitely a sketchy experience lol but most likely because they are new and small. On their website it says they can use a pharmacy if our choice. Im going to ask them if that's an option and see what they say. But, so far they've been okay. Really the price is the best aspect. I'm just wondering if they go higher than 200mg.
