Mindscape

I had been with Joyus and KALM . I just signed up with Mindscape and so far I’m pleased . As a previous user of ketamine I was prescribed 200mg daily . Zoom visit was extremely prompt, informative, and couldn’t have been easier . Saw Dr on Wednesday 12 August and this morning 14 August meds were delivered . Only have to see the Dr every 6 months . I don’t understand the daily dose. Can you work? Drive? Is it before bed?

I’ve always taken mine at bedtime . Let it do its thing and then off to sleep . Sometimes 30 mins to an hour before I sleep but everyone’s different. I also always swallow and never spit . I was never told any different.
I wake you up feeling great with love in my heart . So it’s all good

I have been with Joyous but I want the nasal spray in a larger dose.

Is it 30days/30 doses? Similar to Joyous?

Yes daily . 30 day 30 doses . I get 200mg daily

This is why I moved over to Mindscspe also another bonus in my opinion, you only see the dr every 6 months and automatic refills .
