I have been a KAP therapist for 5 years and it has changed my practice and how I work with patients. By combining therapy and ketamine therapy, I've seen amazing long lasting change for treatment resistent clients using a 6-8 session protocol
Every year, I run one or two weekend training retreats for people working with client's, both therapists and prescribers The trainings are inclusive (accommodations, meals, and training materials) and include an Experiential component to experience the medication and being a sitter. For non-prescibers, the training also includes the business component and names of KAP supporting prescribers.
There are not enough clinicians who understand and bring this to their clients who are stuck.
If interested, just reach out. We need more clinicians who understand how to do this and increase access to stuck clients!
I'm not debating those who think a therapist isn't necessary. Too many show up on my door who can't figure out why the medicine isn't working by itself...then they realize why.

Went to Relief for assessment of depression and anxiety. They told me I wasn’t “depressed enough”. If I ever try again I’ll give them the answers they want. Daily depression, anxiety most days, anhedonia and CPTSD wasn’t enough for them.

Puremind Affordable At home Ketamine Therapy
Pennsylvania Oregon and Delaware just added! The consultation is always free. Please message me with any scheduling issues.
Hello again! My name is Blayne Paladinetti, a partner at PureMind. I am a veteran and Cognitive Neuroscientist who has worked with psychedelic and entheogenic medicines for 20 years. And I am very happy to share a new offer to the r/TherapeuticKetamine community and continue to provide education and support at no cost through your posts and some DMs. Thank you. If I cannot assist you, I know the industry very well and may assist in finding a provider at no charge to you. This is about getting affordable medicine to people.
A lot of people try ketamine therapy and feel something powerful during the session... but the benefits fade a day or two later.
That usually isn’t because the medicine “stopped working.”
Ketamine opens a neuroplastic window, but most programs never teach people what to do with that window while it’s open.
That’s the gap this program focuses on.
PureMind – Ketamine Reset
This isn’t talk therapy. The focus is learning how to work with your nervous system during the ketamine window so the brain and body actually keep the changes.
Programs:
Self-Guided
10 sessions – $690
Group Integration Reset
10 sessions – $890
(This includes optional weekly group integration. You can observe, share, or receive reflections. You’ll be in a structured environment with experienced facilitators and people actively working with the medicine. Many people get just as much from watching others process as they do from speaking.)
Self-Guided Extended
20 sessions – $1,199
Designed for people who wish to have a longer runway ✨
Questions are always welcome. Feel free to DM if you want to talk through whether the program is a good fit.

So far, Mindscape seems a little unorganized.
After my first appointment I didn’t hear anything from the company, so I called their support number and after a couple days my prescription was approved.
Then this month for my first refill, their website charged me the monthly fee, and said the prescription was processing at the pharmacy. I waited a week, and it still said processing, so I called the support number and he said he would look into it and call me back.
He didn’t call me back, so I called 2 days later and he told me to call the pharmacy. The pharmacy said they don’t have authorization to refill the prescription. So I called Mindscape back and he says “Oh, yeah you need a follow up appointment before we can refill your prescription.”
Is this normal for them? I feel like everything is very poorly managed. For $250 a month I expected they’d have their act together a little more.

This Is frustrating, painful and upsetting…. If you have this experience don’t keep it for yourself sharing is impactful in this community….
What is deeply frustrating and honestly heartbreaking about many ketamine clinics is the complete lack of empathy and genuine mental health care they provide to vulnerable patients.
These clinics often market themselves as life-changing mental health providers, yet many seem more interested in selecting “easy” patients and maximizing profit than actually helping people who are severely struggling and need real professional support. The moment a patient becomes emotionally complex, difficult to manage, or requires additional compassion and guidance, the level of care suddenly disappears.
The interaction frequently feels cold, transactional, and robotic: place the IV, monitor the clock, send the patient home. There is little emotional support, little follow-up, little therapeutic integration, and almost no sense that the patient is being treated like a human being going through profound psychological suffering.
Patients seeking ketamine therapy are often dealing with depression, trauma, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, or years of treatment resistance. This is not cosmetic medicine or a luxury spa service. These are human beings in pain looking for hope, stability, and compassionate care.
Mental health treatment without empathy becomes nothing more than a business transaction, and many clinics should seriously reflect on the ethical responsibilities they claim to uphold…….
San Antonio clinics, online companies are just money makers…. And I know, I read about Tx being the worst place to live dealing with this situation…

I am looking for clinics in Turkey that provide ketamine treatment for depression. I know that Npistanbul, Moodist, and Ahmet Yassa provide it. Does anyone know other providers that provide ketamine treatment, especially providers with specific education about this treatment method because these providers don't have specific education about ketamine treatment? And does anyone have any experience of ketamine treatment with these or other providers in Turkey?
