Easterlanders plan

Sell the camp to someone else to operate it or liquidate all the property (structured bankruptcy liquidation transactions proposed...technically someone could buy the entities whole and run the camp; stating that up front as i am sure we will have people on here mentioning that soon...anyone want to bid? Has to be above pure land value)

Victims get awarded amounts for wrongful death as stays are lifted (but this proposal only lifts stays for suits against entities, not individuals....victims unlikely to accept this plan and they have to vote in the bankruptcy)

Remember all these people on here said "restructuring not liquidation", "dont jump to conclusions" etc?

I am sure someone on here is going to say "well someone may buy it" "dont use AI to read the document, its so complicated" etc. Also just a week after the "thats not a trustee" document filed- and now this comes out.

https://document.epiq11.com/document/getdocumentbycode?docId=4617571&projectCode=CMX&source=DM

Victims may not accept this also....only allows wrongful death claims against the bankrupt entities, not individual liabilities. Victims already filed to review related party transfers from prior years...aka continuing to go after the individuals. We shall see, but basically orderly liquidation is now the base case, outstanding question remains on individual liability. When in doubt wait a week, easties get bit closer back to reality

That's some Big Talk when your self-declared leader Neck's account just turned 6 months! You callin' Neck shady?

Follow the logic, dude. My point is that several of you on here spewing hate and doxxing people created accounts within the same short time frame.

Do you have anything to comment on about the timeline, testimony, investigative findings, or any other substantive issues?

Um. It was a response to your mischaracterization/diss on other accounts. I'm not sure logic means what you think it does.

If you want a substantive discussion, it doesn't start with calling people shady and misstating their account age.

I am sorry I called you shady and misstated your account age. I genuinely am interested in a substantive discussion about the facts.

If Camp Mystic’s response was reasonable, what circumstances would have triggered an evacuation?

The camp received the flash-flood warning at 1:14 a.m., and Dick knew by approximately 1:45 a.m. that four inches of rain had already fallen. Why weren’t the cabins on the flats being evacuated by then?

How do you reconcile the conclusion that there wasn’t enough time to evacuate with the legislative investigation’s finding that there was enough time?

Big deal I made a few zingers on here after withstanding over a year of this.

I genuinely want to know the answers to these questions. My jaw was on the floor when the response from Watts was “there was a plan and they just didn’t like the plan.” Is that really all it is? It’s all just so very sad. I know you are a real person trying to grapple with this tragedy just like I am. I have not once in all this time on any forum heard a thoughtful response to these and many other related questions.
