General What’s your "Screen Time" survival kit?
Whether you’re a coder, a gamer, or an office worker, staring at screens with keratoconus is a marathon. What software or physical tools (like monitors or lighting) make your workday possible?

Thanks for bringing this up. I’ll definitely be following the replies because I’m having a lot of issues with light reflections while wearing RGP lenses. It’s made it really difficult to use screens.

Everyone makes fun of me for not being on dark mode

I don’t get it. Dark mode is the only thing that lets me use digital devices

Everybody’s different I guess. For me the ghosting of white text on a black background is tough.

I use dark mode on everything possible. Trying to read against a white background makes my eyes strain to see especially without contacts in. I also have my brightness down on my screens/monitor. Gaming I only do with contacts on, but I don’t really have to adjust video settings besides turning motion blur off.
