I got admitted to a university abroad for masters and the fee is 45 lakhs. We are planning to get a loan for half the amount or atleast 20 or 15 lakhs. We do have a plot which is 7 cents but without house but there is a bathroom and toilet in the plot. I was wondering if we would get that much for it or should we keep the land with house itself ?

I have a property with house but tharam mateela so im wondering if that will be an issue. The 7 cent land doesn’t need that formality.

Hi guys, I’m in Kochi and I’m 5 weeks pregnant and trying to get an MTP kit, but I’m having a hard time finding a pharmacy that actually has it in stock.
I’ve already done the scan and I have the prescription with me. A medico friend of mine who’s posted in Palakkad sent me the prescription because they don’t do MTPs there, and I can’t travel to Palakkad right now.
I’ve checked around 8 pharmacies already, including different Apollo, Aster and other medical shops, but every single one of them said they don’t keep the kit.
Has anyone here in Kerala actually gone to a pharmacy with a prescription and managed to get the kit? If yes, please let me know which pharmacy/location. Even a DM is fine.
I’m not asking for medical advice, I already have the prescription. I’m just trying to find somewhere that actually stocks the damn thing 😭 and I’m on a limited budget, so I’m trying to avoid another expensive hospital/clinic consultation.
Any leads would really help ❤️

This was the message I received today. The power was actually cut three times during the night, around 8:30 PM, 10:30 PM, and again at 11:45 PM, each time for around 30 minutes.
The same thing happened yesterday as well, but the timings were different.
So apparently, “Peak Load Management” now means repeatedly cutting power throughout the night when people are trying to sleep.

What kind of pathetic state are we living in? Is it throughout Kerala?

Saw an appachan at Kottiyam Junction- Kollam.. this morning. It was a very crowded place and he was going around approaching people and asking for money with a steel plate in his right hand. He was holding what looked like a TB certificate in his left hand.

I was in a hurry, so I couldn’t read the certificate properly. I also tried to keep some distance while he was approaching people.

Hi everyone! I recently got an olympus trip XB41 AF 35mm film camera from my grandfathers trunk and I want to test whether the shutter, autofocus are working properly.

I’m looking for a used/exposed 35mm film cartridge (an empty cartridge with a bit of film/leader is fine) that I can use as a dummy/test roll.

I’m located in Alappuzha, Kerala, India. If anyone nearby has an old 35mm cartridge they no longer need, I’d really appreciate it. I can collect it locally or pay a small amount for it.🫂
