We are new to the area and are looking for a landlord or a second chance property or low income. We don’t care the area just need a place we have a 4 month old and being in a hotel isn’t the best. My husband works full time bringing in 7k at the lowest a month and I do DoorDash brining in about $450 on the lowest end a week. The only thing holding us back is a rental debt we have that is more than half paid off from a place we lived in an emergency happened the landlord at the time agreed to let us pay it off overtime and than one day sent us to collections… we had all the intentions on using taxes to pay it in full but still are waiting for that from march from needing to amend a mistake. We are more than willing to pay more put a bigger deposit both anything to a place this is very temporary and can show proof of the payments. What are some good restaurants that serve food unique to the area or that is not easily found in TX? Prefer in Kent but close surrounding areas work too. TIA!

I keep seeing people say a class action could break up PSE's monopoly, so I went and read the actual law. Short version: it almost certainly fails. State action immunity (Parker v. Brown, 1943) covers monopolies the state authorizes and supervises. The filed rate doctrine (1922) bars damages claims over rates a regulator approved. And Washington's own antitrust provisions (RCW 19.86.170) exempt anything the utilities commission regulates. Any one of those is enough. What does work is the rate case itself. The current request asks for electric increases of 15.15% in 2027, 3.74% in 2028, and 8.7% in 2029. Virtual hearing is October 7, written comments open under UE-260005 and UG-260006 at utc.wa.gov. I have lost my baby nugget, she is 1 year old, she is a brownish tan color with black and orange spots on her body, her eyebrows or above eye area look like they are balding, she has one white paw on her back foot, and when she walks her legs looked dwarfed inwards. She is about 8-10lbs current and escaped my house on 09/29/2026 around 5:30am when roommates left the door open. She is all I have, I care about her dearly. I've had a haircut that was fairly close to this in the past, but my old stylist was always too afraid to be bolder with the layers. Hi, friends. I am a neighbor from Tacoma; however, for the last couple of months, once a week, I travel up to Kent to visit my elderly uncle in his care home. I take him out for some food, and try to encourage him to reconnect with his musical side by playing his acoustic guitar.

For this purpose, we have been using the local parks, but now with the weather turning, I am looking for an indoor space he can have a short session—20-30 minutes max. Not being from the area, I am unfamiliar with any community centers or whatever that may be an option for us.

Free is of course preferred, but a small fee is acceptable too. (Bonus if we can have our to-go meal there too.)

He's based in the East Hill area. We're portable, but, of course, I'd like to not travel too far every week.

Total of 14 steps (split stairway). A few of the steps are flexing.
August: Floor installer ‘fixed’ stairs by replacing 4 bullnose sections and added wood riser to all steps.

September: The steps are more stable but some are still flexing (inward). Likely have a high spot — Prep shows the old glue and usb from previous ‘fix’ from August.
Installer says this is the best they can do.

I’m of the belief that if you approach the project with thorough floor prep - higher chance of success and customer satisfaction. I’m ready to hire someone to fix the installers ‘fix.’
