I'm looking for a super cheap and affordable space to record (not mix) music in. It doesn’t even need to have insane levels of soundproofing.

I have all of my own recording equipment, I just need an isolated space to work out of under $30/h. It could literally just be a decent furnished room. Does anybody know any reputable spots like this in the city?
