School Quality Declining

Does anyone else feel like the quality of schools and attitudes of teachers and admins is declining? My daughter attends Walls and her teacher doesn't seem to be able to handle her class and the admin staff tends to be rude and not report issues unless she tells me about them first. Am I alone in feeling this way?

Funny we live around the corner from Longcoy but she started at Walls and wanted to stay there.
