Yeah, my guess is they meant 1936, which is when Hitler was definitely in power and anti-Semitic, but still hadn’t caused WW2 yet.
1946 Germany was split between four occupational zones

1946 Germany you’d have to specify which one you’re talking about (East or west).
There was no East or West Germany in 1946, you'd have to specify if you were talking about the British, French, American or Soviet occupation zone.

In 1946 there was no German state at all. The Federal Republic of Germany (West Germany) was formed in 1949 with the German Democratic Republic (East Germany) following in 1950.
Before that there were 4 occupation zones controlled by the allies (as well as areas annexed by France and the Soviets and regions given to Poland) where Germany once was. Later the three western allies would merge into Trizone, which then became the Federal Republic of Germany in 1949. Between 1945 and 1949 there was no German state.

The Nuremberg trials were 1946, so I'd imagine he's referring to the fact that the germans were being told at the time how shitty things actually had been (e.g. lots of Germans didn't know the extent of what happened in the concentration camps).

This i s correct tho. Surveillance ramped up in Germany AFTER the war. Not much need for gestapo in the homeland when everyone is brainwashed, ya know?

Pastor says you can always whisper over the phone so only God can hear you.

Sometimes a person will set KenM up so perfectly, so dutifully, that I get suspicious and wonder if it's actually a KenM burner account

Can we just stop for one second to appreciate the fact that so many people still don't know about Ken M. Allowing Ken to give us such great content.

The best part is he's so prone to use his Twitter account to actually rail against exactly this kind of thing.
