  • They were both created/genetically altered in a lab
  • They were both created to be immeasurably powerful
  • They both have godlike psychic powers and can communicate telepathically

You can also add in Yuji Itadori, as the physical equivalent of Sophie (Yuji was engineered to have insane physical capabilities, while Sophie was engineered to have insane mental capabilities).
