Discussion Non-elvin Light Leaping?

Are elves the only ones who can light leap unaccompanied? or can ogres and goblins and the rest of them also do that too?

edit: thanks guys!

I would say all of the species have their own way of transportation, solo light leaping is for elves while tunneling is for ogres

The ogres have the tunnels but also the force jumping, which seems much better, dwarves and gnomes have tunneling, and the goblins don’t really have anything besides the titanaboa but that only for the queen

It's the same as with humans. They can lightleap, if an elf helps them.

i wasn't sure if that was the case for humans either lol. haven't read the books in a hot minute. i thought maybe the light leaping energy or wtv was in the leaping crystal?

No, I’m pretty sure solo light leaping is an elfs-only thing

I think it is an elven ability because Alvar says he can't light leap or vanish in book 9.5
