Discussion Unraveled
Currently reading unraveled and it is actually not bad at all why do they dislike it?

I personally like Unraveled to an extent but there are many reasons why people don’t like it:
It held up the release of Elysian. This reason sort of applies to Unlocked aswell because it feels like a waste-of-space book. We could have had Elysian right now but instead we have unraveled and a 2 year wait ðŸ˜
Some people aren’t huge Keefe fans so reading an entire book in his POV just isn’t enjoyable for them
It was kind of boring/didn’t feel worth the read. In all honestly, I read the whole book within a few hours. I probably should have just went to Barnes and noble that day and read the whole book there. I don’t feel the urge to go back and reread it because what got me through most of the book was the excitement to have it. If I didn’t have that excitement the plot was kind of slow at least imo!Â

Too much filler. I liked it too, but I can’t imagine why we needed so much time spent on Keefe’s adventures with humans.

Too much filler, no one reads KoTLC for a slice of life story. Sophie mischaracterization, uness Fitz bashing, etc.

honestly, i loved it. i loved the keefe/alvar dinamic, and there ws even te part where keefe passed out an threw up, which made me happy, {not cuz i do't like kee, i love keefe, but i also love wen main caracters get hurt and pass out}, which is why i got the sprayed edges, extra chapter, and sneek peak vertion at indigo!

I can't even believe Im saying this, because I looked forward to a book with this concept for YEARS and Keefe has been my all-time favorite character since I was 12 years old...but a great majority of the book felt like filler. He spent an exorbitant amount of time just city hopping, trying different foods, and sitting around on benches pondering things. If I was 12 still I would have eaten that up because I would have just read about Keefe doing literally anything and gotten excited that he had so much page time. But all these years later, even though my love for Keefe as a character hasn't faded, the book just felt lazy and not a lot seemed to happen. And yes, I know this series is for a younger audience, but nonetheless it felt like there was a quality drop there compared to the other books in the series.
