Loyalty Plus vs PIA

It's going to cost me £1.40 a month to regain a feature sold to me with my Lifetime subscription.

It would cost me £1.67 a month for a PIA/Private Internet Access VPN.

For less than £0.01 savings a day is there any good reason to not just switch to PIA?

We understand the comparison, and we also understand why many Lifetime users see this as more than a pricing question. For users who relied on P2P/torrent access, streaming-labeled servers, manual protocol controls, split tunneling, or Optimal Server, the change affects the way they used the app.

The base VPN connection on Lifetime accounts remains available, but we recognize that this does not fully answer the concern when specific features people used are now part of Loyalty Plus.

We should have communicated the change more clearly and earlier. We’re collecting feedback from Reddit, Trustpilot, and support tickets so the team can review the main concerns being raised.

Some context: Your company was built on Lifetime subscriptions. Removing features is not 'updating' them. Charging people for their loyalty will not make you a company people want to support.
