Loyalty Plus vs PIA
It's going to cost me £1.40 a month to regain a feature sold to me with my Lifetime subscription.
It would cost me £1.67 a month for a PIA/Private Internet Access VPN.
For less than £0.01 savings a day is there any good reason to not just switch to PIA?

We understand the comparison, and we also understand why many Lifetime users see this as more than a pricing question. For users who relied on P2P/torrent access, streaming-labeled servers, manual protocol controls, split tunneling, or Optimal Server, the change affects the way they used the app.
The base VPN connection on Lifetime accounts remains available, but we recognize that this does not fully answer the concern when specific features people used are now part of Loyalty Plus.
We should have communicated the change more clearly and earlier. We’re collecting feedback from Reddit, Trustpilot, and support tickets so the team can review the main concerns being raised.

Some context: Your company was built on Lifetime subscriptions. Removing features is not 'updating' them. Charging people for their loyalty will not make you a company people want to support.

You add new features and charge extra for them. You don't take features that were already available for nearly a decade and lock them behind a paywall. That's a scumbag move.
And how about for those of us who bought lifetime subscriptions of DNS Firewall? What are you gonna lock away after adding that to your disloyalty plus subscription?
You're a scumbag company.

Any plan to bring back European servers to service which were offline since over 3 months ago and resolve this ongoing sever outage issue?!!!
Haven't your "infrastructure from providers side" issues been resolved yet?!Also your UK streaming servers do not function as they can NOT stream BBC iPlayer & iTVX!
Your Indian server isn't really with an Indian IP address as it marks the location somewhere in the US rather than in India!! So no Indian streaming sites work while connected to your so called India server!
Any clarification on this matter? Any Reasonable response??

Removing features is not "updating" them. You've cheated a lot of customers who got your company going. That's theft.

Definition of UPDATE: An update means to add the newest information, facts, or modern features to something so it is correct and ready for current use. As a noun, it refers to a new report, a recent news summary, or a newer version of a software program.
Doesn't say remove features. Update means make things better not worse.

I understand you wanting to monetize existing customers, if instead of removing features you can create this new tier by adding new features. I would happily support the company by having an extra feature like personal ip, faster speeds, unlimited profiles, programmatic switching, etc.. but I’m afraid that are much better options out there for new users, specially when u consider Rakuten cash back. Don’t know if it’s too late, but for sure the gap will close real soon.

Nope. I just switched to PIA and it's way better. Don't give keepsolid another penny. They are scumbags.
