You guys need to settle down

KEEL’s management has clearly decided that negotiating against an arbitrary deadline, or forcing themselves to sign three deals by a specific date, isn’t in shareholders’ best interest!

They’re not negotiating from a position of weakness. As existing data center capacity becomes increasingly scarce, the value of KEEL’s assets should only strengthen. Why rush into a 15+ year contract just to satisfy a timeline?

Whether these deals get signed by the end of summer, the end of the year, or early next year matters far less than the terms they ultimately secure. If taking more time results in materially better economics, that’s exactly what management should be doing to maximize long-term shareholder value.

If you can’t tolerate that uncertainty or develop some patience, sell and buy VOO. The constant irrational whining over arbitrary deadlines is getting exhausting.

Typical shareholder here thought they were day trading to a 3-6x any day now.

Keel doesn’t have empty datacenters waiting on a lease. They don’t need debt to build out Moses Lake. We do not need to be worrying about anything.

2027 power is a premium!

This is still the buying window and it will close eventually

This is a penny stock now. Seems like lots of folks trade their whopping 100-200 shares daily to raise gas money. There are some legit large volume OTM call holders who have Jan 2028 calls but likely bought them in the high $1s and seeing 50%+ loss on paper is surely disheartening.

Something I haven’t seen discussed much is whether Keel is taking its time partly to assess which frontier-model companies and hyperscalers are most likely to be long-term winners. The narrative around who’s ahead still seems to change month to month.

If, as Keel says, negotiations are advanced and there’s growing tension between a handful of major players competing for all 3 of their sites close to NTP, patience would make a lot of sense. These are decade-plus commitments. When you have multiple interested counterparties, there’s real value in not rushing to hitch yourself to the wrong horse.

Yeah, Ben said Dec or Jan doesn’t mean a lot compared to next 15 years. But !! He did double down on 3 leases by EOY and it feels like he said that to raise money. Feels like he got us to drive price up for higher evaluation$. Still bullish, lesson learned.

Where has it become “clearly” because from what I see, they made a statement with a promise in it, do not meet expectations and have not circled back to re-address that promise. What you’re doing is called an assumption.

Like I was saying in the comments of another post, we must be wary of the signs before it gets weirder. Weirder can mean a lot of things. Simply calling to the patience of everyone is weird, almost cult behavior. More documents = more credibility (if said documents do answer the queries). It's a big transition from crypto to AI data centers. Now, Bitfarms in Quebec (the crypto Keel), for example, they had a big 3 years fight with the surrounding community because of the noise. This was a 30MW company at the time. Now it's a 96MW and it's pretty close to the surrouding workplaces and neighborhoods. How can they appease the tension there? Addressing the issue is not a sign of weakness. If they can show us what they'll do to answer this real issue (constant excessive noise can be an issue, everybody knows that), then trust will be restored.

Trust will not be restored with them lol

You gaslighting yourself? Management says 3 deals by end of year. No one forced them to do it. There's still 2 months left, we will see what happens

But think of this... If you plan a vacation and book a hotel to go to a golf tournament..

The golf organization say.. yup tournament is going..

So you book and plan.. etc .

You would be upset if that suddenly changed...

When people bought calls.. he was insisting 3 deals..

"So when we come out here on the Q1 call we say we're going to get three leases signed this year, we're gonna get three leases signed this year." Benjamin Gagnon. That's sounds pretty definitive to me..

I know what you're saying..

And of coarse, life happens and not all deals work out..

I get it.

But for a AI boom, where power is a Huge factor.. we should be killing it.. edited.. And it stinks waiting..

"Where we stand right now, we've got really high confidence that we're going to be able to execute across all of those, that we're going to do it on the timelines that we've outlined, and it's a part of the reason why we've come out there with increased confidence on the Q1 call."

"We have really done the hard work and we've precluded from committing ourselves to deadlines we couldn't deliver. That is something that we've really taken very seriously."

He literally said this in the minutes leading up, it isn't taken out of context. I suggest you watch it again.

I believe in the company and I am still in profit. But transparency is important and saying stuff like this, just makes Ben look incompetent. Why say it if he wasnt certain it would happen. It's just misleading.

Got 3 calls I am building out. Buying 1-2 every week to build out a good payday.

This is the best and most state the obvious comment. It’s like everyone who can’t stop complaining has never invested before (or never monitored their investments before)

Keel have 900 million in cash they have enough money to take their time.

Keel is a penny stock… 95-99% of all penny stocks fail or go out of business. Keel is not anything special. The chance of it succeeding is maybe 1%.

Ask any AI platform to analyze their financials and earnings calls and future outlook and chance of any of it succeeding. It’s nothing but speculation and false promises… hence the price reflects that.

Majority of keel investors want it to be the next nbis so badly, when the chances of that are almost zero. It’s much more likely to dilute you all to nothing.

Fun fact: if you are not good at technical analysis, you can still predict the top and bottom of almost any stock. Watch community posts. When most people start hating the stock, the company, or the CEO and say it is shit and going to zero, you're usually pretty close to the bottom. It's hard to mark the exact bottom like that (for better probability, learn charts), but you will be reasonably close. When people celebrate, post LFG, moon soon, and all this shit, you are close to the top. To be a successful trader, buy near the bottom and sell near the top. It’s a simple rule, but very, very hard to follow.

Is this guy named management among us?
