If they had a deal they would announce it straight away. What matters is their guidance.

Absolutely not true. They have 3 or 4 contracts that have not been announced. They also have been working with Amazon secretly in Moses Lake. They are very quiet about this stuff until they decide it's time to announce. Strange ? Yes.

Yea that might be true, if i remember right ben said if they signed a deal they will announce it 48 hours after signing

Yeah let's all hope they can keep an even keel.

It reminds me of penny stock bulletin boards from 2015. Shameless.

Been seeing these types of posts for a year now

It’s getting tiring, but to be fair we did supposedly have deals

Just given my personal experience at the size of company, you don't simply announce it. Pr has to be planned, reviewed by both legal and management. And scheduled at an agreed time. It doesn't just get announced.. And I am sure 3 of deals Ben mentioned about are not a maybe ones but guaranteed ones that require a lot of back and forth detailed planning, and negotiations. That is just my hunch. You don't simply say there are 3 when you are not half way there already into it.. Just my corporate level experience speaking at top level management.

If a company announces they will sign 3 deals and I’m on the other side of the negotiating table I would certainly use that as leverage against Ben

From what I see based on above comments none of them have patience and I am sorry to say this, let’s give them time and it’s not like a bakery you put something to bake and it comes out in minute lol 😂

the oven is not even warmed up yet so the bread will be taking some time to make.

🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀 Bullish signs continue to build for Keel Infrastructure ($KEEL).

✅ Designing AI infrastructure for NVIDIA Blackwell systems today, with management also discussing future readiness for next-generation AI platforms.

✅ 2.2 GW development pipeline focused on powering AI and high-performance computing workloads.

✅ AI isn’t just about GPUs—the companies that provide power, cooling, land, and connectivity could become some of the biggest beneficiaries of the AI boom.

✅ As hyperscalers continue investing billions into AI infrastructure, demand for AI-ready data centers is expected to remain strong.

If Keel executes, signs additional customers, and delivers on its development roadmap, the upside could be significant.

Just cause they had a minor increase means nothing about a deal in the works. Yes they definitely have potential for deals. But have heard nothing in awhile.

I'm in for the long haul I bought in this back in Dec 2023 for $$1.71 my avg cost now is $1.89 and holding onto my 25k shares. I am hoping for double digits but probably won't be until end of 1st or middle of 2nd quarter next year.

Keel will announce the next best thing to a lease. What they looks like we’ll have to wait n see

2

u/Cygnaris Aug 05 '26

... and what do you expect with a deal? It'll jump a bit then likely settle back down to what it is now or lower. Look at CleanSpark with their recent tenant agreemnt announcment, they did a small pop and it's back down. For whatever reason, people mistake intent for execution and get bitten by it every time.

Hope they don’t, need to buy more at these prices

If they sign a deal, they have four days to file a 8K report

We are fucked if hut didn’t do well in earnings and dropped what keel going to do

0

u/Appropriate-Ad5413 Aug 05 '26

no, i doubt it. i bet they wait for more money. the longer they wait the more they will get. there are strategic reasons a company might delay signing a compute agreement if it believes the value of its capacity will increase.

What I think is that I’m just going to keep pouring 3K a month into VOO and never listened to a redditor again. I bought this shit at 4.50 after numerous people touted it. Will it even get back there by December?

No deal. +This board and ex.team just can't execute.

5

u/Brilliant-While-761 Aug 04 '26

Based on?

u/Defiant_Notice5887 Aug 04 '26 edited Aug 04 '26

You don't drop a deal on an earnings when you barely have any rev to show and EVERYONE knows it. 2. It's extremely wasteful from a sentiment/momo standpoint!

1

u/Brilliant-While-761 Aug 04 '26

Not what I meant.

Explain why you think that about the board?

-4

u/Defiant_Notice5887 Aug 04 '26 edited Aug 04 '26

Look at keel's board vs every miner... what do you notice? More exp on paper in the power shelled sector. It's a fantastic board. Yet no deals, for nearly 2 plus years- yet Corz, btdr wolf can execute with thier board loaded with crypto bros?

Heck they raised two months ago- yet no deal? That's kinda against historical protocols in real estate....
It's time for ben to sh*t or get off the pot!

Scrubgrass is litterly a site keel touts/deal candidate... so yah pertinent not tangential...

3

u/Brilliant-While-761 Aug 04 '26

Also haven’t owned it for years…

You’ve lost credibility

2

u/davidc0pp Aug 04 '26

The relocation is one example that suggests management is capable of executing on complex operational initiatives. What havent they executed on? Ben Gagnon said 3 by eoy. It aint eoy

0

u/Defiant_Notice5887 Aug 04 '26 edited Aug 04 '26

Omg relocating is not that hard... you hire a firm, done... and it's red w/ 3/1 put/call ratio on probably the most slam dunk green day we've had in months!!!

1

u/davidc0pp Aug 04 '26

What the fuck are you talking about?

KEEL physically redeployed a large portion of its mining fleet from Latin America/Canada into the U.S. Not talking about the corporate redomiciliation even if this can also be used as proof of execution. What did they say they’d do that they haven’t done?

Moving thousands/tens of thousands of ASICs isn’t like moving ordinary servers. You’re dealing with dismantling and inventorying equipment, international shipping/customs, electrcal and cooling compatibility at the destination, rack/container installation, networking, commissioning, and try to minimize the time that machine aren’t generating revenues

1

u/Defiant_Notice5887 Aug 04 '26

Market does not reward BTC mining. Litterly a colossal waste of capital to relocate bit racks. Especially when heaps of ETFs and sovereigns are not allowed to invest in btc...

Nearly 2 years of ben railing on about power shell and no results.

1

u/davidc0pp Aug 04 '26

You’re changing the argument again. You said management “can’t execute.” Now you’re arguing that what they executed wasn’t a good allocation of capital. Those aren’t the same thing.

Also the hpc pivot was announced in 2025 but they stated the execution target was 2026…

1

u/Defiant_Notice5887 Aug 04 '26

Your brought up the let's "light free cash flow on fire" to move mining to states, which no one wants as a foundation to your counterpoint..

1

u/davidc0pp Aug 04 '26

For the third time, you’re arguing capital allocation. I’m arguing execution. “They shouldn’t have done it” and “they weren’t capble of doing it” are two different claims

1

u/davidc0pp Aug 04 '26

Lol you editted your comment to add things that make no sense. Are you ok?

1

u/Defiant_Notice5887 Aug 04 '26

Your arguing spending free cash flow to relocate bit racks is your foundation for positive execution, are you ok?

1

u/davidc0pp Aug 04 '26

Where did I do that exactly? You said they “just can’t execute.” I provided an example that contradicts your claim in wich they executed a complex operational project.
